Ingredients
  

Beef
  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast trimmed of excess fat
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
Vegetables
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Liquid
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Trim excess fat from the beef chuck roast and season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Slice the onion and mince the garlic.
Combine in Crockpot
  1. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the seasoned beef on top of the onions and garlic.
  3. Pour the BBQ sauce and beef broth over the beef.
Cook
  1. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the beef is tender.
Serve
  1. Shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the sauce. Serve on buns or with sides.

Notes
