Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together all the dry rub ingredients.
- Rub the dry mixture all over the ribs, covering them evenly.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Unwrap the ribs and brush them generously with BBQ sauce.
- Grill the ribs for about 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally and adding more sauce, until caramelized.
Serving
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
