Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust.
Make the Filling
  1. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together using an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to break them.
Assemble the Dessert
  1. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the prepared crust.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes to set.
  3. Garnish with additional blueberries before serving.
