  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup bread crumbs for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chicken breasts over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked chicken, broccoli, and carrots to the bowl and mix well.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top, followed by the bread crumbs.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  4. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
