Method
Prepare the Cookie Dough
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Bake the Cookies

- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Frost the Cookies
- Once the cookies are completely cooled, spread or pipe the frosting on top of each cookie.
