Ingredients
  

Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn Husked and cleaned
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper To taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice For garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut each ear of corn in half lengthwise, then cut each half into thirds to create ribs.
Season the Corn Ribs
  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Brush the corn ribs with the seasoning mixture evenly on all sides.
Cook the Corn Ribs
  1. Place the corn ribs on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are charred and tender.
  2. Remove from the grill and drizzle with fresh lime juice before serving.

Notes

Corn ribs can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes if a grill is not available.
