  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 each sturdy burger buns

Method
