  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • for frying oil
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
  3. Coat each salmon piece in cornstarch until evenly covered.

  5. Remove from the pan and drizzle with the honey garlic sauce; toss gently to coat.
