Ingredients
  

Sandwich Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
Sandwich Assembly
  • 8 slices white bread crusts removed
  • 1 large cucumber thinly sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese on half of the bread slices.
  3. Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down, to create sandwiches.
  4. Cut each sandwich into quarters or triangles and arrange on a serving platter.
