  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 medium Potatoes sliced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
Sauces and Toppings
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Parsley chopped
Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup to the beef mixture and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  5. Spread the beef mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Add the remaining sliced potatoes on top of the beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  8. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and spread over the cheese layer.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
