  • 1 Quart Green Beans fresh or frozen

  • 12 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups Sour Cream
  • 0.5 cups Mayonnaise
Seasonings
  • 2 Tbsp Minced, Dried Onion
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the potatoes until soft, then remove from water and allow to cool. When cool, peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. Brown the ground beef and steam or boil the green beans until tender.
  3. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Stir in the cheese.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, potatoes, green beans, and sour cream mixture. Stir until well combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes.
