  • 12 oz spaghetti
Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
Sauce
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter divided
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Method

Cook the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
