Ingredients
  

Fish
  • 1 pound white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod) skinless
Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Method
 

Prepare the Fish
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Grill the Fish
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. Place grilled fish on each tortilla, top with shredded cabbage, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with sour cream and serve with lime wedges.
