Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
