Ingredients
  

Appetizer
  • 200 g Bruschetta bread sliced
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
Main Course
  • 500 g Pasta spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes 400g
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese grated
Dessert
  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Espresso cooled
  • 1 pkg Ladyfinger cookies savoiardi
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder for dusting

Method
 

Prepare Bruschetta
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
  2. Toast the bruschetta bread slices in a skillet until golden brown.
  3. Top each slice of toasted bread with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
Cook Pasta and Sauce
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, toss to coat. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Prepare Tiramisu
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Dip ladyfinger cookies quickly in cooled espresso and layer them in a baking dish.
  3. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
