Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 4 slices Ciabatta bread or any Italian bread
Cured Meats
  • 4 oz Salami
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
Cheese
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 1 medium Red onion thinly sliced
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Method
 

Assemble the Sandwich
  1. Slice the ciabatta bread in half horizontally.
  2. Layer the salami and prosciutto on the bottom half of the bread.
  3. Add the provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  4. Top with arugula, sliced tomato, and red onion.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the vegetables.
  6. Spread Dijon mustard on the top half of the bread, then place it on top of the sandwich.
  7. Press down gently, slice into quarters, and serve.
