Ingredients

Marinated Meat
  • 1 pound Beef Brisket Thinly sliced
  • 1 pound Pork Belly Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce For marinade
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil For marinade
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar For marinade
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 inch Ginger Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang Korean chili paste
Vegetables and Sides
  • 1 cup Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 cup Lettuce Leaves For wrapping
  • 1 cup Kimchi For serving

Method

Marinate the Meat
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and gochujang. Mix well.
  2. Add the sliced beef and pork belly to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the Meat
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the meat from the marinade and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Use tongs to flip the meat and avoid piercing it, which can cause juices to escape.
