Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Whisk until well blended.
Marinate the Chicken
