Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the fish is mostly cooked through.
  4. Flip the salmon fillets and add minced garlic, fresh dill, and lemon juice to the skillet. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the salmon is cooked to your preference.
  5. Serve salmon with a dollop of Greek yogurt or sour cream.
