Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Pasta (spaghetti or linguine) Choose your favorite type.
Pesto Sauce
  • 1 cup Fresh basil pesto Store-bought or homemade.
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved.
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh.
Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated.
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground.

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pesto, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Toss until well coated.
  2. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss again to combine.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
