Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Snow crab legs
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 ears Corn cut into halves
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes halved
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage sliced
Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the seafood and vegetables
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning and salt.
  2. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the corn and sausage, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve the seafood boil
  1. Using a strainer, drain the seafood and vegetables and transfer them to a serving platter.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
