Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 pound Ground Beef (80/20) Formed into 4 equal balls
Burger Toppings
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese Optional
  • 4 buns Burger Buns Toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 tomato Tomato Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup To taste
  • 1/4 cup Mustard To taste

Method
 

Cooking the Burgers
  1. Preheat the griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Once hot, place the ground beef balls on the surface and press down firmly with a spatula to flatten them.
  3. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until a crust forms, then flip the patties.
  4. Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
Assembling the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.
  2. Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of each bun.
  3. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
