Cooking the Burgers
- Preheat the griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, place the ground beef balls on the surface and press down firmly with a spatula to flatten them.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until a crust forms, then flip the patties.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
Assembling the Burgers
- Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.
- Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
