Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the Traeger grill to the desired temperature for smoking.
  2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back and seasoning them with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and smoke them for the recommended duration.
  4. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  5. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
